What You See Is - What You Pay

No Hidden or Extra Fees

 

1. A One Time, Yearly Membership Agreement Fee Of - $1,000 - Renewable Each Year For $500

2. Monthly Support Fee – $3.50 Per Room/Per Month/ Payable As You Go "Month by Month"

3. Reservation Technology Fee - $4.00 Per Reservation Made (not per room night). The Guests pays for this on their Reservation Form as an “Admin Reservation Fee”. – So it cost the Hotel Owner Nothing – The Guest is paying the additional fee – No Fee is coming out of your room rate. The guest will see the Admin Fee prior to making their reservation.

Hotel Owner Must Pay For Logo Signage & Obtain All Signage Permits

Owner Must Sign All Membership Documents Once Ownership Is Completed
